3. Payment and Refund Policy
All purchases of credits are final and non-refundable once any credits have been used for room transformations. Refunds may only be considered in exceptional circumstances where technical issues on our part prevented the delivery of the service. Purchased credits do not expire and remain valid indefinitely.
